Elon Musk promised a “major rebound” in Tesla sales. But angry Europeans still aren’t buying his cars

Tesla sales decreased by 28 % last month in 30 European countries, even with the expansion of the total market for electric cars, according to the European auto manufacturers Association. The poor offer comes after the CEO of Tesla billionaire promised that it was a “great recovery” that will come last month, adding to the madness of the last purchase between investors.
