Reacher Season 3 Removed One Of Paulie’s Worst Crimes From The Books

The best (and most obvious) part of “Reacher” Season 3 is to present Paulie (Olivier Richters), a major man is that he is large and powerful. It is a curse in Banter’s Batman, the only real obstacle on the Racher Planning Road to download the main villain of the season.

To make everything more intense, the third season proves that Pauli is not strong enough to strike Reacher – he is generally bad. When the Beck crew discover that one of the maids (Annette, which Ketlin McNerney plays) is a secret agent, Pauli kills outside the screen in response to the screen. This decision is proven harsh and stupid, as it was certain that Annette could have told them some important information if Paulie allowed her to live for a long time for interrogation. (You can say that Pauli might kill her quickly to spare her from torture, but I don’t think this was what the show was going.)

As much as this might be belief, Pauli was more evil in books. There, Pauli is tortured and violated Elizabeth Beck, Zakari Beck’s wife (Anthony Michael Hall). It also seems to have raped the son of Beck Richard, and at some point he is trying to force Richard to his mother. It is uncomfortable to say less.

In the show, Elizabeth was established to died years ago, a long time before Queen forced the Beck family to work with him. This means that Pauli’s annoying behavior towards it is fully cut from the show, as well as any hint of attack on Pauli Richard. Some fans fear that this means that the show will be compensated for this through the book “Pauli” treats Annette in a similar way, but instead the show removes the exact side of sexual assault. Although the book lovers of any privilege usually hate when adapting changes things, a little Reacher lovers look upset with this adaptive choice.

Elizabeth Beck cut: Maybe the best

There are a lot of easy arguments in favor of Elizabeth’s cut off the TV program. The first is that it does not do much in the book; She is present to be tormented and not satisfied with the status of her family, a role that Richard has already taken. Another argument is that sexual assault scenes simply reach differently on the screen. It is difficult in the stomach when you can hear and know what is happening, instead of reading it in your own pace. This does not go to pressure on actors – it is often difficult to photograph rape scenes of many emotional and practical reasons. So if there is an option to reduce all of this from the width, it is difficult to blame the book to take them.

Another argument for Elizabeth’s cutting is that the main goal of her story, to support the reader’s hatred of Buli, is something that does not require any sexual violence to accomplish it. Pauli viewers simply hated the way Olivier Richeres played, and they were afraid of him because they could see their own eyes how big is to compare him to friendly. In this crazy combat scene between them at the conclusion of the third season, viewers only had any problem in reaching Reacher to download it.

It is useful that the plans for the Pauli death scene were not brutal. In the show, Pauli still possesses the upper hand until the last minute, before the machine gun comes out and killed. In the book, Reacher is slowly killed. He breaks his hands Pauli, climbs his eyes, spends another page or two, which compels him to walk to the rock beach, where he is called his narration and allows his body to fall into the water. It is a more important death appropriate for a full personality. TV Paulie is an enjoyable villain, love-ti-chass PG-13, while Book Paulie is a darker, effective crawl and rating R. For the Paulie cartoon version that we got in the show, the caricature was better.
