REAL ID sees full compliance, but in the past, several states objected

While all the fifty states, the province of Colombia and the American regions are all currently continuing before the Federal Final on May 7, a real identifier opposed by many state governments.

Two years later, two years after the law was approved in 2005 by President George W. Bush, many state leaders have already expressed objections to compliance with the national standard.

Brian Shawitzer, then Montana’s governor, Brian Shawitzer, democratically, launched the “Harry Plan” in an interview with NPR for the year 2008.

“[W]”The federal government is on many fronts, and almost every month they come out with another … an unprofible authorization to tell us that our lives will be better if we will prohibit another type of rules or regulations.”

“Usually we play for a period of time, we ignore them for as long as possible, and we try not to take it to his head. But if it comes to a head, we found that it is better to tell them to go to hell and run the situation in the way you want to run your state.”

One year ago, Shawitzer signed a law prohibiting DMV in Montana from imposing real identity texts, describing it as a “threat to privacy” in a message to the then Colorado ruler Bill Rierter, who is also a democratic.

It is not far from the West in Washington, Democratic Governor Christine Gregwar has signed a similar legislation asking the Federal Reserve to require $ 250 million to cover the non -absurd authorization.

“[E]Worse, he does not protect the privacy of Washington citizens, ”Gregy called upon the signing of the bill.

On the Republican side, then the governor of Pennsylvania, Tom Corbit, signed a law in 2008 to stop the Penndot application for Real ID.

“The governor, the Ministry of Transport, or any other agency of the Commonwealth Agency, does not participate in the 2005 Acts of the year 2005 or the regulations issued according to it,” read the text of Law 38.

This policy was subsequently reflected by Law 3 of 2017, and the democratic ruler Tom Wolf signed it.

Meanwhile, New Jersey has the least compliance that has been reported with a real identifier, according to the analysis of CBS news, with only 17 % of the population – and many of them complain about the insufficient supply of the state to deal with the number of applications.

On Wednesday, the Republican senator in Kentucky Jimmy Higdon wrote to the Ministry of National Security to request an extension to the date of the implementation of May 7, according to the Lexington Herald Lider.

The state’s compliance with the real knowledge means that the state has fulfilled the federal security standards set by the Ministry of National Security for the actual issuance of drivers licenses. Since all countries have done so, they are considered compatible.

Since the program is optional for the license holder – due to alternatives, such as passports – an insufficient percentage of the population who does not suffer from real identifiers does not affect the compliance of the statistical state.

Real identity requirements, I sought the National Security Law after 11/19 of that. James Sensinbarner, R Weskonsen, fills that the Transport Security Administration (TSA) will no longer accept a photo definition that does not have a star in the upper corner that indicates verification, unless it is a passport.

To check the Americans, Americans must provide social security information or other personal identifiers.

Fox News Digital continued to comment from the current conservatives of the three states, which he referred to: Democrat Bob Ferguson from Washington and Republican Greg Gianfurt of Montana and Democrat Josh Shapiro from Pennsylvania.
