Recteq debuts the X-Fire Pro dual-mode pellet grill that can sear at 1,250 degrees

The granules ’grills are great for the style of“ their appointment and forgetting ”are low and luxurious cooking things like Brecett, the shoulders of pork and other barbecue meat that it requires. Most of them will become hot enough to thwart a steak, although all models do not offer a kind of direct barbecue. Recteq believes that he has finally broke the code using the new X-Fire Pro, a smart Pele grill that says the company will replace the gas grill thanks to Fahrenheit temperature with a maximum of 1250 degrees.
X-Fire Pro contains two separate positions for each of the cooking patterns: barbecue and smoke mode. The grill provides a temperature of 225-1,250 degrees Fahrenheit, so that it can do everything between smoking and burning as well. The adaptive SEAR control allows the backyard chef to adjust the amount of direct flame they want. Turn it throughout the way to prepare a steak or keep it at a lower level for “classic barbecue”. The grill position contains low, medium and high settings, so it will feel familiar to anyone who used the gas grill.
“This is a completely new concept for Recteq and Pellet Grill as a whole,” said Ralph Santana, CEO of the X-Fire Pro Declaration. “Our research indicated that although the majority of gas grills have the current barbecue experience, they wish to be able to cook low and slow. So, we challenged ourselves to repeat hot, fast and open gas comfort while continuing to achieve additional control and the diversity of smoking in granules.”
Receteq
With 825 square meters of cooking space, Recteq says it will have enough capacity for 28 pieces of pork or 26 burgers, and this should be wide from multiple chicken, artery or pork shoulders. Al -Qadoub has up to 20 knees, which is enough fuel for up to 20 hours of use. Durable materials such as stainless steel and cast iron are used for ingredients such as a barrel, heat deviation and grill bars.
The X-Fire Pro is also equipped with the RECTEQ smart technology, which includes precise control of PID temperature to smoke and the ability to monitor AFAR temperatures with Wi-Fi connection. This is done using the Recteq app, a program that also allows you to make adjustments to the grill from your phone. X-Fire Pro comes with two meat temperature investigations, and these statistics are nominated to the application as well.
X-Fire Pro is now available from Recteq, Amazon and other retailers in the United States for $ 1550. The company also sells the Rod-Rod Rod Rod adding $ 250. This price is similar to the new Woodridge elite from Traeger that comes with a little more cooking space, closed storage and side stove. This grill does not have an open position. Weber’s Searwood no, and the largest copy of it at $ 1,199.
