Red state leader defends decision to include 2020 election ‘discrepancies’ in high school curriculum

In the face of criticism from the media and even from the ruler of his state, the head of the education system in Oklahoma defends the recently approved high school history approach, which teaches violations and “contradictions” in the 2020 elections.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, the supervisor of Oklahoma for General Education, Ryan Walters, a Republican, said the state “in the middle of a dramatic transformation” in education, has become possible by dismantling President Donald Trump in the Federal Ministry of Education.

According to Walters, the changes are moved by Oklahoma for parents and grandparents, who say he is calling on the state to “return to the basics of education” and eliminate any left -wing accounts or based on the media in the curricula.

“We want these teachers about our criteria so that we know that our children will be taught the facts, and they do not have the left agenda on which they are paid,” he said. “I think this will continue to be what parents and grandparents ask here. So, I think we need to listen to them.”

Perhaps the most controversial change among the educational reforms of the state is a recently approved group of academic standards in Oklahoma for social studies that guide high school teachers by teaching students to “identifying contradictions in 2020, by looking at charts and other information, including stopping in sudden courses in cases of the main battlefield, the security risks of the communication. Voters, contradiction Unprecedented with “Biluyer District” directions.

Change has emerged widely by the media and some leaders in the state.

The New York Times, MP John and Al -Daroun, who is the deputy head of the Democratic Praise in Oklahoma, said: “The supervisor has a campaign to end the indoctrination in our schools, but what he does instead with these new standards is promoted by his indoctrination brand.”

Meanwhile, Republican Governor’s Republican Representative Kevin State told Fox News Digital that change is “just another distraction from making sure that children read.”

The tars, however, refuses to budge. He claimed that, by including a discussion on the 2020 elections, the state does not pay a specific point of view, but rather encourages students to be “critical thinkers.”

He said: “The left does not want children to look at the numbers, look at the data and ask questions about the elections.

Walters believes that this is a “decisive step in ensuring that teachers talk about the 2020 elections, [they tell students to] Look at the numbers, look at the data. “

“Let students do that deep diving. I think it makes them better students. I think this makes them more than the people who are going well,” he said. “I also think that he teaches them to think for themselves when you move to the future. Hey, don’t take the word of anyone to it. Do your own research. Do your own studies. I think this is a really important message that we must reach to our children.”

Although the Education Council has already approved by the Education Council, the criteria still need approval from the legislative or ruler.

While he said he was “optimistic”, the Legislative Council will approve the curriculum, as it targeted the Stitt, accusing that he “never ignored.”

“It is really unfortunate,” he said. “If the ruler wants to go out and force students and tell them that Joe Biden won the 2020 elections and that he does not want them to look at the facts or think about the matter, this is an indivisible thing with the step with Oklahluan.”

In response, Abegail Cave, a representative of Stitt, said that the ruler was more concerned about the decrease in testing degrees in the state. Walters and some members of the Education Council accused them of “more focused on the main headlines and political victory than they were already sure of Oklahoma’s reading of children.”

The cave called the idea that Stitt is TROMPER never “ridiculous”.

“He voted for Donald Trump and he is not unwanted. This again, Ryan Walters tries to rotate the narration and water for no reason.”

Kaif pointed to the last Stet’s recent appearances praising Trump’s actions against the Federal Ministry of Education, saying, “The ruler is strongly believed that we must leave education to the states.”
