senator Chris van Holin, DMD, says Margareta was fake. He says that anger is real.

After returning from a large -scale trip to El Salvador to meet illegal illegal immigrants, Kilmar Abro Garcia, Van Holin addressed the correspondents on Thursday after landing at Dallas International Airport in Virginia. He tried to record the record directly on what is now called “Margareta-Gate”, a viral image published by Silvadori President Nayeb Bokil, which appeared to show the Senator and Parisia sitting at a table with two drinks of salt.

“Let me be very clear,” said Van Holin. “None of us touched the drinks that were in front of us. And if you want to play a little Sherlock Holmes, I will tell you how you can know that … If you get out of one of those glasses, some of everything it was – salt or sugar – will disappear. You will see a gap. There is no gap.

“No one drinks any Margarita, sugar water, or anything else.”

Van Hollen claimed that the glasses were placed after the meeting began as a photo, adding that the previous shots show the table without drinks. Van Holin accused the President of El Salvador Nayeb Bokil and the Trump administration of trying to pay attention to what he described as a constitutional crisis.

Van Holin said: “This is a lesson in the lengths that President Bokley will do to deceive people,” Van Holin said. “The lengths that the Trump administration and the president will go to, because when a reporter asked him, he just went to ride.”

Trump had taken it, and actually published on social Friday, “Senator Chris van Holin from Maryland looked like a fool yesterday standing in El Salvador begging attention from the fake news media, or anyone.

This controversy stems from the Jarisia case, a 29 -year -old Salvadori citizen who was deported from Maryland last month and was placed in the notorious Sicot prison in the country.

Federal officials described the deportation as an “administrative error” in court. Van Holin and other Democrats argued that he violated Garcia’s constitutional right to due legal procedures.

But the Trump administration has declined, noting the alleged home abuse in Garcia, gang relations and involvement in human trafficking.

The 2022 Internal Security Investigations Investigations Report identified as a member of MS-13 and a suspect’s suspected human extremist. The 2021 domestic violence file, written by his wife, Jennifer Vaskuiz, claimed, “I have multiple photos/videos about the extent of violence and all the bruises [has] Leave me.

Despite these reports, Van Holin insists on not providing evidence in court and that the removal was illegal. He referred to rulings from a federal boycott court and the US Supreme Court ordered the return of Garcia.

“The government in this case, the Trump administration, confirms the right to get rid of the population of this country in foreign prisons without the similarity of legal procedures,” said Van Holin, quoting the decision of the fourth district, quoting the recent decision of the fourth department. “This is the basis of our constitutional system.”

He added that Judge Paula Xinis, the federal judge who reviewed the case for the first time, did not find the administration “did not provide any evidence linking Abrego Garcia to MS-13 or any terrorist activity.”

Trump, however, heavily defended the deportation. In a post on social and X, he said that the Democrats were demanding the return of a person with gang relations and a history of violence, while carrying a photo that Garcia’s grip with the signs of the MS-13 gang was insulted on his joints.

In his position, President Trump wrote: “This is the hand of the man whom Democrats feel returned to the United States, because he is“ a good and innocent person. ”They said he is not a member of the MS-13, although he got MS-13 Motion on his joints, and found two very respectable trials that he is a member of MS-13, hit his wife, etc.

Van Holin traveled to El Salvador this week after the El Salvaduri government initially deprived him of reaching Garcia. He said that after press coverage, officials arranged a meeting in a hotel photographed. He said that Al -Salvaduri soldiers had prevented him from approaching prison and that he was surprised by the permission of the last minute.

He also revealed that the United States has adhered to $ 15 million to El Salvador to support detention operations and said that more than $ 4 million had already been paid. Van Holin claimed that this funding is not authorized and pledged to oppose future credits.

“I will not support the use of one penny of taxpayers to keep Aberigo Garcia illegally detained in El Salvador,” he said.

Critics, including Republicans and Trump’s allies, asked why Van Holin travels abroad to defend a person with alleged ties to gangs and a record of household abuse while remaining silent against the victims such as Rachel Mourin, a Maryland woman who was killed by illegal immigrants in 2023.

The White House deduced a sharp contrast, spreading pictures alongside Trump’s interview with Mourin’s mother and Van Holin’s interview with Abyerigo Garcia. The explanatory name: “We are not the same.”

When asked about the comparison, Van Holin said that his “heart collapsed” to the Mourin family, but he defended his actions as focusing on the constitution.

“The reason we have legal courts is to punish the guilty, but also to ensure that those who have not committed their crimes have not been convicted and arbitrarily detained,” he said.
