Report reveals details of US-Iran nuclear negotiations allowing limited enrichment

Axios report indicated that the United States plans to allow Iran to continue to enrich the low -level uranium on the soil for an unlimited period of time.

On Saturday, the Trump administration submitted the first official proposal to Tehran in an attempt to sign a nuclear agreement with the country, but it did not share any details of the proposed deal publicly. “president Trump has explained that Iran could never get a nuclear bomb,” said press secretary Caroline Levitte during the weekend. “The special envoy has sent a detailed and acceptable proposal to the Iranian regime, and it is in their interest to accept it.”

The report, from Axios, was martyred with two sources familiar with the Trump administration’s continuous negotiations with Iran. The White House did not deny the details of Axios reports when Fox News Digital continues to confirm.

Instead, a White House official responded to a statement calling for the conditions of the deal “very difficult” and insisted that Iran prevent nuclear weapons.

The official said: “President Trump is talking about the difficult cold truth. The conditions that Iran gave were very difficult and will make it impossible for them to obtain a nuclear bomb,” the official said.

Media reports said on Monday that Iranian officials were planning to reject the proposed deal for the United States. The new details that AXIOS may calm some of the Iranians’ concerns, but may also be angry with some Republicans, as well as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who have all expressed only that they only want the zero nuclear enrichment as part of the deal – in addition to the complete dismantling of the nuclear program.

Axios stated that the details of the proposal described to them indicate that Iran will not be allowed to build any new enrichment facilities, which must “dismantle the critical infrastructure to convert and process uranium”, and will have to stop any new research and development on the nuclear centrifugal. However, according to the details of the proposal reported by Axios, Iran will be allowed to participate in the regional enrichment union under certain circumstances.

For example, Iran will only be able to develop the local enrichment capabilities of civil purposes only, according to Axios. Meanwhile, after signing the agreement, Iran will have to reduce its enrichment concentration to 3 % and close all underground enrichment facilities for an agreed period by both parties.
