Report: Tottenham genuinely interested in signing Manchester City ace with 32 goals & 41 assists
Tottenham Hotspur has been linked with a step for Manchester City Jack Grealish this summer, as doubts grow on his future in the federation.
Grealish rose for the first time to the lead in Aston Villa, where he was receiving the club and played a pivotal role in its promotion to the Premier League in 2019.
Over the course of 213 games in Villa, he achieved 32 goals and 41 decisive passes, and won a record of 100 million pounds to Manchester City in 2021-which made him the most expensive British soccer player at that time.
However, the 29 -year -old struggled to justify his huge price in the city. The Pep Guardiola regime, based on possession of its ability to confront the defenders and dictate the play, was limited to its central and slow role in a villa.
The increasing injuries and competition, especially players such as Jeremy Duko, have made it difficult for him to strengthen a regular starting point.
This season, Grealish has just 26 games in all competitions, scoring twice and offering five assists. More importantly, only 14 of these manifestations have come as a start, which confirms his decreasing role in the team.

His lack of influence and its role has made his future in the club inconsistent, with Tottenham as a possible destination.
According to the latest of Givemesport, Tottenham has already shown interest in Grealish during the January window, although this step was unlikely.
However, the main numbers in Tottenham are said to have “real” interest in the player and will be keen to sign this summer – the price of the city’s reasonable request.
A deal, though, will be out of clarity. Grealish wages of 300,000 pounds per week constitute a major obstacle, while the city is unlikely to allow it to leave at a cheap price.
In addition, Tottenham faces a competition from Chelsea, which has also been linked, while an opportunity was presented to sign on Newcastle.
As the role of Grealish in City continues to decline, speculation intensifies about its exit. Whether Tottenham can still the signature still have to be seen, but all the signs indicate that England is in the event of this summer.
