YAS, JOIE to deploy AI-driven insurance for Hong Kong taxis

Insurtech Yas has collaborated with Joie, a Tai Wo Management Tax Fleet in Hong Kong, to develop an autonomous insurance solution that focuses on the actual time analysis of driving behavior.

The initial phase of the partnership will witness the publication of about 1,000 hybrid and electrical taxis, each of which is integrated with the AI-Haaaaaai-adjustment system.

This platform will evaluate driving behaviors-including difficult braking, sharp turns, and operational timing-on an actual time, allowing dynamic adjustments to risk levels and insurance installments.

You will focus on three basic areas for reinforcement: vehicle selection, insurance structure, and passenger service experience.

Joie plans to provide hybrid and electrical cars to improve passenger performance and passenger comfort.

Yas Taxy AI and actual time data to evaluate the driver’s performance will be used based on the main safety indicators.
