Republicans, Democrats clash over activist judges at tense hearing

Democrats and the Republicans have repeatedly clashed on Tuesday during a lengthy hearing about what the Republican Party calls “active judges” with blocking the agenda of President Donald Trump.

The sub -committee of the Judicial Committee in the House of Representatives on the constitution and the courts held a joint hearing in preparation for voting at the home level on legislation that would limit the ability of the boycott judges to issue judicial orders at the country level.
