Republicans, Democrats clash over activist judges at tense hearing

Democrats and the Republicans have repeatedly clashed on Tuesday during a lengthy hearing about what the Republican Party calls “active judges” with blocking the agenda of President Donald Trump.
The sub -committee of the Judicial Committee in the House of Representatives on the constitution and the courts held a joint hearing in preparation for voting at the home level on legislation that would limit the ability of the boycott judges to issue judicial orders at the country level. However, this law is currently stopped, after an unrelated battle around the proxy voting, home paralysis.
During the hearing, the Democrats repeatedly tried to pressure the Republicans on the case of judicial dismissal – which was prompted by the conservatives, but the leaders of the Republican Party in the House of Representatives did not show little appetite to follow it.
