Mediterranean eggs (gluten -free and dairy -free)

In today’s post, I am very excited to share a recipe that we all had to enjoy recently: Mediterranean eggs. I made a batch as part of the meal preparation and served a quick and amazing breakfast at lunch. (I also love them in almond flour tortilla!) In addition, they freeze beautifully and children love them as well.

(I am pleased to say that Maisey did not try any of these things, but it may have stolen one or four of the countertop.)

When I eat a delicious and protein breakfast, I feel more satisfied throughout the morning and do not feel that I crave sweets or sugar throughout the day. In fact, this is the idea of a great meal for metabolic flexibility. You can only enjoy eggs first before heading to the fruit or oatmeal as a complete breakfast.

directions:

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350, then the 12 -standard tin tin with avocado oil.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and then gently stir in the remaining ingredients.

Distribute the mixture evenly in 12 cake spots in the pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 4:

Completely cool before serving, otherwise they stumble in the cake tin.

Tips for freezing egg cakes

Make sure to allow them to cool completely before freezing. Once they reach room temperature, gently remove it from the cake tin and place it in the ziploc bag can be resale before freezing.

– To reheat, just run it on a glass dish and then microwave for about 20 seconds.

How to customize egg bites

This recipe is very flexible and easy to customize depending on your family preferences.

– Then do not hesitate to add basil, mushrooms, broccoli, sweet pepper, or anything you want! Just make sure that you have 2/3 cups of additional ingredients-otherwise the proportion of eggs to the addition will be suspended.

– If you do not have Parmesan and you want to use another cheese, try adding a third of a cup of Vita. I did not use the violent feta in this recipe before tending to get a little water when baking.

Another advice:

You can use the cake tin buttons but I find it with egg bites, it tends to make them a little tone. The best way to try is to use the most famous amazing tin and allow them to cool before serving.

So, here is the full recipe if you want to give them a whirlpool!
