Sam Altman Calls His Own AI Model “Annoying” After Being Forced to Raise It From the Dead

As Openai continues to try to get rid of chaos in the catastrophic version of GPT-5, CEO Sam German is throwing drilling on the model and controversial company.

Late last week, Openai recently launched the GPT-5, the latest pioneering language model. Without warning, the company replaced all previous versions with the latest model-which, in addition to being disappointing, has proven to have a cooler and less than its predecessor, GPT-4O.

The company’s users’ response was fast and immediate. The reaction of many people, especially those who seemed to have developed an attachment or even addiction to the 4o model and its sicofi style, with frustration and distress of sudden change.

Less than a day, GPT-4O-returned to pay customers, that is.

In a post to X-Formerly-Twitter last night, Altman stressed that 4O is “a return to the models of the models for all users driven by default.” He also promised that if Openai killed the amazing 4O model for good, the company “will make a lot of notice”.

As for the cooler GPT-5, Altman promised to change as well, and he wrote that Openai is working on “updating the GPT-5 character who should feel warm of the current personality but not annoying (for most users) like GPT-4O.”

This step seems to highlight the awareness of Altman and Openai to how to connect a large enough faction from its user base to AI Sycophance, not to mention the extent to which the artificial intelligence company is ready to reach the anger of these users.

This is striking, given that Sycophance contributed to the deep emotional users exposure to ChatgPT, the fake labia that is fueled by artificial intelligence, and the full breaks of reality-a serious problem related to technology functions that exceed the model simply “annoying” for some users.

Altman distributed the post by announcing that one of the largest fast food in Openai from the GPT-5 launch is “We really need to reach a world with more allocating to each user of the typical character.”

In other words, the CEO believes that users should have greater control of how their Chatbots tone, their position and style.

It is likely to lead to a more comprehensive user experience than Chatgpt, which makes it a site to increase eyebrows for the CEO.

Certainly, users will always have preferences. But if these preferences contribute to unhealthy use and dependence, then should it be up to users to design their custom medications?
