Samsung Electronics co-CEO Han Jong-Hee dead at 63

The company specializes in manufacturing a wide range of electronic devices and consumers and has two executives who oversee separate divisions.

However, he was struggling to compete with competitors in the artificial intelligence chips market. He was also struggling to compete with Apple competing in smartphones.

At Han’s shareholder meeting last week, investors told that the year 2025 would be a difficult year, and Samsung will respond with flexibility to President Donald Trump’s definitions through the global supply chain and its manufacture.

He and other executive managers were wrapped by the shareholders at the meeting after the company failed to ride a boom of artificial intelligence that made it one of the worst technology shares last year.

In semiconductors, Samsung behind Sk Hynix falls behind in the so -called high -frequency chips on which NVIDIA and others depend on artificial intelligence processing units.

Han said: “First of all, I sincerely apologize for the performance of the last shares that do not fulfill your expectations. During the past year, our company failed to respond adequately to the semiconductor market, sophisticated fast.”
