The lawsuit comes days after the “All’s Fair” actress launched a new piece from her collection — thongs with synthetic pubic hair — which sold out within hours.

Kim, 44, has filed a lawsuit against some of the world’s most popular e-commerce sites, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart and others, according to a report by TMZ.

Based on the legal documents, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star hopes to prevent the aforementioned sites from selling counterfeit products for her successful clothing line, SKIMS, and collect the profits she has already made from previous sales.

It’s unclear how much money Kim is looking for in the suit, nor does he reveal how much SKIMS may have lost; However, legal documents reveal that the sportswear brand is worth $4 billion.

Kim is no stranger to facing legal troubles, as SKIMS was the subject of a lawsuit in 2024, according to The Blast.

One plaintiff filed suit against the company last year, accusing SKIMS of secretly accessing her device after she visited the site in 2023 and later tracking her movements using spyware systems.

Years earlier, Kim was accused of exploiting a cosmetics company through her KKW Beauty line. The lawsuit alleged that the reality star infringed another trademark and intentionally confused customers. However, Kim’s team responded claiming that she had no intention of deceiving the public.

“Given Kardashian’s fame and reach of more than 100 million social media followers, no reasonable inference can be drawn that she would need or want to deceive the public into associating her products with CareerWeis in order to gain fame or traction,” the documents said.

Kim’s SKIMS brand debuted during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering women’s shapewear to fit a variety of bodies and skin tones. Since its launch, the company has achieved significant growth, expanding its offerings and producing products for men.

During a previous interview, Kim explained why SKIMS means so much to her, describing the brand as basically “a part of me.” She continued, “I take it really personal. It started with my body and my looks, and it’s very vulnerable.”

The underwear sold out within hours, which surprised Kim herself. “I’m shocked,” the mother of four said. “It got a lot of attention, and we laughed and talked about it all day.”

The company also joked about the new product on Instagram, sharing videos and captions. “With this special new underwear, your carpet can be the color you want!” Read one post, according to E! news.
