Scott Wolf Celebrates Estranged Wife’s 49th Birthday

The actor took some time out of his day to celebrate his estranged wife amid her return to rehab and their ongoing complicated family issues.

Scott Wolf and Kelly Wolf married in 2004 in her hometown of Fayetteville, Arkansas, after meeting on a blind date in 2002. They announced their separation in 2025, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.

The media personality uploaded a stunning photo of Kelly smiling widely at the camera at dinner. She wore a gray and cream tie-dye jacket with dark sunglasses and a no-makeup look.

“Happy birthday to you,” Scott wrote in the caption, garnering more than 5,000 likes and 300 comments, while Aaron Wolf left a comment: “Well that’s an excellent Wolf. Happy Anniversary.” This follower is convinced that Scott still holds great affection for Kelly.

Another user praised Scott and Kelly for “setting healthy boundaries while still loving someone” and setting a great example for their children. A third commenter called it a respectful way to show Scott’s appreciation for Kelly, despite her ongoing struggles.

As last month ended, The Blast shared that Kelly had been billed to appear in court for a misdemeanor hearing involving her and Scott.

However, the presiding judge, Judge Wendy Crosland, announced that she would not be present in court during the proceedings because she is receiving medical treatment for her mental health issues at a facility in Utah.

Crosland added that she had not had any contact or conversation with the former actor for this reason. This absence prompted the judge to reset the legal matters.

The court brought charges against Kelly after he was arrested last month on charges of leaking Scott’s personal details online, leaving him vulnerable to unwarranted phone calls and harassment from strangers.

Upon her arrest, she was charged with harassment by electronic communications and electronic disclosure of personally identifiable information.

There have been many twists and turns in Scott and Kelly’s divorce, from overwhelming allegations to restraining orders and restricted access to their children.

The actor was granted temporary custody of his children and a temporary restraining order against his ex-wife. Kelly was also asked not to enter the residence of their family home in Park City, leaving the actor with full access and use of the property, including the children.

The author was also ordered to have no contact with the children without supervised phone calls three times a week. This was done to pave the way for her to eventually have unsupervised physical time with her children.

Each child will also have access to a safe haven therapist who will be independent of his or her control or interference. They were prohibited from requesting any information from the therapist, whether by subpoena or other legal means.

Before leaving rehab, the star took to Instagram to ward off trolls who had a thing or two to say about her family and personal life. As she mentioned the explosion, she asked to be respected and given peace as she awaited her court hearing.

She insisted that she was not experiencing any mental health crisis or had entered rehab, as some reports said. Kelly also insisted that her alcohol and drug abuse records were clean and asked to focus on raising her children.

The former actress threatened to pursue trolls with a lawsuit if the bullying continued, as she expressed her frustration with the experience, adding that her feed had taken a backseat.

She thanked her fans for their support as she struggles to regain her balance, while also seeking more attention from everyone as she works to reunite with her family.
