The family -owned farm was established in 1986 by Allen “Dick”, the Louisiana Foundation, the Louisiana Foundation and a major contributor to an industry that generates more than $ 235 million in the economic value of the state every year, according to a study at the University of LSU. Walls Alligator Farm played a pivotal role in restoring the American crocodile. Once at risk, this type now flourishes in the country, with Louisiana’s home for more than two million, the most in the country.

However, on this day, Wall is enthusiastic about something else: the recently passed law law was passed, which occurred in President Donald Trump’s law on July 4 after the clearing rooms of congress.

When talking about the draft law, Wall expressed optimism about what he might mean to his employees.

“This law, I think it will really help us – our workers. All that will be translated is to bring more money to the home,” said Wall.

“Our actions are not different from this country. It is based on the back of the working class. We are from the working class with what we do, and if our men bring more money to the house, then you know what?

In the middle of the round of 50 countries, Minister of Labor Shavez-Ryimer joined Wall and also expressed enthusiasm. She was promoting work initiatives in the Trump administration, and for her, she was talking about “the big and beautiful draft law” in Louisiana is an easy sale, especially when it comes to popular tax exemptions such as deadly wages and additional wages.

“For Louisiana people, we will see anywhere from 4000 dollars to $ 10,000 a year in a four-person family. This is important,” Chavez-Dyrir told Fox Business.

“I can provide this news. I multiply and say,” Now let me help you develop these workforce. Let me help you use more Americans here in Louisiana. ”

The secretary explained that these tax exemptions are designed to keep more money in American workers pockets.

She said: “This is the goal of the great, great draft law. When Congress approved it, this may have been one of the most important legislation that they will vote at all, because the president’s direction is to focus again on the American worker and develop this economy.”

One of these voters who supported the legislation in Congress is Senator Bill Cassidy, and he is among the many Republican lawmakers who sell the Trump’s bill during the August holiday in Capitol Hill.

Cassidy joined the visit and stressed how the legislation benefited directly from many Louisian, especially when it comes to advice.

“Believe me, there are a lot of people who are a large part of their income.

After Bell helped, Cassidy set his pro-workers legislation, and the law of opening independent workers law, which was submitted last month with Senator Tim Scott, RC, Rand Paul, R-Ky. The draft law seeks to update federal labor laws, and to give party workers and independent contractors access to health benefits, paid satisfactory leave and retirement plans, among other provisions.

Cassidy Fox Business has told the changes long ago.

“The laws that govern this 100 years old. Now, think about how things were 100 years ago, and yet we have laws of 100 years that govern how employees work now,” he said.

“We need to have like the laws of the modern era, which realize that people want to be independent contractors. They also want to get these benefits. But if they want to take and go to another place, they want these benefits to go with them.”

Cassidy noted that although many people are linking work with Uber drivers, Lyft or Doordash, countless others can benefit from his bill.

“There are many other people [such as] Truck drivers. If you take a swamp, it is possible that the person who takes the swamp is an independent contractor. When you talk to people with a crocodile farm, they have independent contractors. ”

“The independent contractor wants the benefits to be an independent contractor. Why do we not allow federal law to give them more benefits to do so?”

One of these independent contractors is Jordan Pedaux, who works in Walls Gater Farm Managing Gater Gots, specialized in distinctive crocodile leather products.

Pedaux said that the transformation into an independent contract was the jump of faith.

“In my last job, I have provided retirement. I provided medical insurance … So the exit was definitely a leap in faith, but in the end I succeeded well so far. As the goods growing and growing and growing, we have this opportunity to jump into other parts of the business,” he confessed.
