ServiceNow expands AI offerings with pre-built agents, targeting broader enterprise adoption

Servicenow believes that more areas within the institution can benefit from agents, and since it is to upgrade its agent platform and make acquisitions, the company plans to double the agents.
Servicenow announced the acquisition of Moveworks on Tuesday, along with the new agent’s capabilities. Its coordination platform also made it generally available and announced plans to integrate the search for institutions.
Tell Amit Zaverly, Servicenow CPO, Venturebeat that the company sees a lot of capabilities in the infrastructure about artificial intelligence.

The arrival of a wider agent
Servicenow offers pre -created agents for specific teams and also helps customers build their own. The company announced for the first time its library of artificial intelligence agents in September and continuously added that library.
“The SECOPs agent will perfectly help eliminate frequent tasks and enable SECOPS teams to focus on stopping real threats quickly,” Zavery said. Self -government change agents will create customized implementation and tests, while the proactive network test, repair of AI’s agent errors, discovering and diagnosing network problems before the performance is affected.
These new agents have completed more areas of the organization, and Zavery said that Servicenow “you see a lot of new use cases appear as we see this value to customers.” The company hopes to help employee agents interact with them differently.
Zavery said that her acquisition on Moveworks and her updated agent platform allows Servicenow to expand the agents’ capabilities to search, using agents to find any information the employee needs about their organization.
“This is the place where Moperss helps us to enter and double the investment of our artificial intelligence to move forward,” Zavery said. “We are the workflow leader and we have a lot of data capabilities. We have been doing a lot of prosecution and the ability to use there. So everything is still intact and hurry up some of these things, especially about artificial intelligence.”

Servicenow has also opened Orchestrator AI Agent and Ai Agent Studio for general availability. Empires help institutions to build agents, on board and coordinate them.
