Stanley Henderson Hit With Felony Charges Over Ashes Incident

Stanley Henderson, the former director of Stan Henderson’s funeral and his children, drew the attention of the audience for the first time after a couple of Valdosa claimed that he gave him dirt instead of the ashes of their child, Joshia. Moreover, things took a darker turn when Henderson was arrested and charged with multiple crimes, including possession of children’s pornography and sex trafficking. According to reports, the arrest occurred after the police in Adele, Georgia, received advice from the same Atlanta lawyers. When 2 Action News channel tried to reach Henderson on its Stockbridge, the building was empty. Repeated calls and email messages entered without an answer.

Now, Henderson is said to be held in Cook County Prison after the judge denied his support. Ultimately, the young couple received the ashes of their child, and although they were not available for comment, their lawyers have shared that they were comfortable with the Anderson now outside the streets and in reservation.

Matt Wittongton, a lawyer who represents the spouses, shared gratitude for the result. He also alluded to seeing progress in the case and confessed to how the authorities took the family’s claims seriously. He said:

“I am incredibly grateful to the WSB reports,” Wetherington revealed. “I am grateful to all the agencies that achieved this, and I am only grateful to the people who listened to this family who said they have this problem.”

Meanwhile, in January, Stanley’s lawyer, Jonathan M. Proderic, the administrative partner of the Proderic Lu Group, is a statement regarding the investigation. His statement included:

“Mr. Henderson is confident that more facts illuminate his safety, and the character will be acquitted of the couple’s attempts to assassinate his personality in the media with lies and baseless allegations.
