On Friday, the Foreign Ministry said it provided “information and support” to more than 25,000 people in Israel, the West Bank, or Iran to obtain guidelines about what to do and how to go out.

When pressing the matter during a briefing at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday afternoon, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Tami Bruce refused to enter into more details about the number of these 25,000 people or any other disintegration of the number.

News of the number of people helped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs comes after the agency announced the formation of a work team to help Americans aspire to leave Israel or other Middle Eastern countries.

Bruce said at a press conference on Friday that the United States does not intend to help American citizens directly from Iran, and they will have to go out first before the government helps it.

The US ambassador to Israel, Mike Hakapi, said earlier this week that the embassy in Jerusalem was “working on evacuation trips and leaving the cruise ship” for Americans trying to leave Israel.

Huckabe released his statement hours after the American embassy in Jerusalem wrote in its X Publishing that “there is no announcement about helping American citizens to leave at this time,” but it confessed at one time that “the Foreign Ministry is always planning emergency aid to help the departure of American citizens of crisis areas.”

So far, the United States has not participated in a widespread effort to help the Americans leave Israel. However, according to ABC News, the army helped move some American diplomats and family members from the American embassy this week.
