On Thursday, the Supreme Court handed over President Donald Trump a major migration victory, which led to the deportation of eight migrants from Djibouti to southern Sudan, a country that is not listed on the original removal orders.
In a short opinion that is not signed, the judges were granted the administration’s request to “clarify” prior ruling, which confirms that their residence on June 23 is in a judicial order in the lower court also prevented a follow -up treatment issued on May 21.
This therapeutic matter may ask the government to give a notice to immigrants and an opportunity to raise claims under the agreement against torture before sending it to a third country.

“The clarification request has been granted,” the court wrote. “The therapeutic arrangement cannot now be used on May 21 to impose a judicial order that our residency is not implementable.”
The decision gives the Trump administration the green light to move forward in the deportation of the third countries according to its executive order, even to the destinations that have not been explained before in the court -based removal documents.
Earlier, the provincial judge found that the government violated its Zarri order in April by failing to provide a “significant opportunity” for six immigrants to take their case against the removal. The Supreme Court remained this impartial order in June, and on Thursday, it shows that the minimum follow -up order could not stand either.
Judge Sonia Sotomoor, to which Judge Kitanji Brown Jackson joined, opposed a sharp accusation of the deportation empowerment court that could lead to torture or death.

“Today’s matter shows only one thing: other litigants must follow the rules, but the administration has the Supreme Court on rapid demand. With respect, oppose,” Sotomiore wrote.
“The government seeks to cancel [basic rights] By deporting non -dates to countries that may be dangerous without notice or an opportunity to confirm the fear of torture. “
The referee reinforces the Trump administration’s hand because it imposes the deportation policy in the third country.
“This is another unbelievable victory for America. Thank you for the Supreme Court for the judgment on the side of the law and order, and the assertion of the president’s executive.”

“Today’s decision shows that the provincial court judges are the ones who defy the orders of the Supreme Court, not the Trump administration,” wrote David Warrington, White House Adviser in an e -mail to Fox News Digital. “This decision is a clear reprimand for such a judicial transgression.”
