The shooter who has allegedly opened fire on border patrol agents outside a federal building in McCalal, Texas, was identified by the authorities as a resident of 27 -year -old Michigan Ryan Luis Moukida.

According to the police chief, there is no known motive yet for the reason for opening Moscuda to fire on the border patrol agents.
