FHFA director files second criminal referral against Fed Governor Cook

The ruler of the Federal Reserve, Lisa Cook, suits Trump

In a statement obtained by Fox News Digital on Friday, Cook lawyer, lawyer Abe David Lowle of Lowell & Associates, responded to what he described as a “distortion campaign”.

“This is a clear distortion campaign aimed at distorting the reputation of the governor of Cook by a political worker who has moved to social media more than 30 times in the past two days and demanded that it be removed before any review of the facts or evidence,” the lawyer stressed in the statement. “Nothing in these mysterious and non -backed allegations is of any importance of the role of GOV Cook in the Federal Reserve, and they do not in any way to remove it from the council.”

The Fox News Digital did not provide a comment on the matter.

“The Federal Reserve law states that you may be removed, according to my appreciation, for the reason,” he stressed in the letter. “I decided that there is enough reason to remove you from your position.”

Cook did not accept Trump’s attempt to launch it, but instead responded by launching a legal challenge.
