Tesla shows off its first fully autonomous delivery to convince us its self-driving cars work well

The Robotaxi service in Tesla may have had some early obstacles, but the company said it had succeeded in handing a car independently. Using the same Robotaxi technology, Tesla showed the delivery of the Y Gigafactory Texas model in Austin to a customer with a trip of approximately 30 minutes as shown in a video posted on X. Unlike the launch of the Robotaxi service last week, automated delivery had no safety screen, nor anyone behind the wheel. The CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk, also posted that X was that the delivery had no “remote operators controlling at any time.”

The journey covers the mobility through everything from the parking square in Texas to the city’s streets, until it was able to deal with the highway without any accidents. This delivery comes immediately after the Tesla was launched to the Robotaxi service in Austin, with Musk that “the first Tesla that leads itself from the end of the factory along the way to the customer’s home is June 28.” Although this is the first time that a fully independent car has used the highway, as Waymo has begun to allow its employees to reach self -driving horse riding in Los Angeles earlier this year.

Robotaxi’s competing service in Tesla was not without its vanity. As shown on a 10 -miles journey posted on X, I struggled with the y using the Robotaxi program in order to achieve a left turn and correct its path by entering the other side of the road for a short period. In another video clip, Robotaxi was seen in the brake twice after facing the police cars with their lights although any of the emergency vehicles were not on the road. The Robotaxi Pilot program caught the attention of the National Road Traffic Safety Administration, which she said had contacted Tesla for more information about these incidents. In addition to Robotaxi fears, recent demonstrations have shown that the full Tesla program for self -driving fails to stop the vibrant lights of the school bus and stop the signs, as well as for models that move on the road.
