IRS whistleblowers involved in Hunted Biden probe get promotions at Treasury

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessin announced on Tuesday that two of the internal revenues (IRS) who faced political persecution over their roles in investigating tax evasion from Hunter Biden will return to the agency as advisers.

Pesin said that Gary Shabli and Joseph Ziegler will join the Treasury as senior consultants after they were incorrectly targeted for their role in the investigation. Shapeli was a great supervisory agent in the Tax Authority, while Ziegler was a special agent.

“I went and decided to bring them to the Treasury, and give them a year to investigate the violations that occur in the Tax Authority, and after that they will return to Mr. Shabli, he will work as a great deputy for investigations and enforcement.”
