IGDA adds three new board members


The IGDA Association welcomes three new managers in the Board of Directors: Tiziano Giardini, Jennifer Estaris and Pedro Zambon.

It replaces many directors who ride bicycles outside the painting. Tiziano Giardini is a strategic expert in the ecosystem of games and the builder is committed to empowering developers and developing the world games sector.

Giardini established IGDA Italy with a group of enthusiastic volunteers in Turin, and built it in a prosperous separation in the country with regular monthly events and partnerships at the country level. At 34bigits, one of the leading game studios in Italy, works between production and business development, as well as Quickload, the studio accelerator for early stage teams.

Outside the studio, he participated in a number of projects in games, innovation and entrepreneurship. As a member of the IGDA Incubator & Accessor Special interests, and is an active process of exchanging knowledge between global and local initiatives. On the IGDA panel, it offers a systems perspective, focusing on creating more powerful communications, infrastructure, and chances of developers worldwide.

Jennifer Estheris was the director of the game in the memorial Valley 3Monument Valley 2’s The Lost Forest, and Mrowayway Surfers. Estaris is an emotional preacher to develop conscious games for climate. With a rich background in narration and design, Jennifer brings a unique intersection of creativity and purpose to the IGDA panel.

It volunteers with the SIGDA Climate Group (SIG) and play with the planet where she works in the consulting council and the stories listing committee shares in the heads. Jennifer has the help of the global game developer community to understand and address the environmental and societal impact in the industry.

Pedro Zambon is a researcher and consultant in industry, and defends the sustainable growth of ecosystems for the development of games throughout Latin America and the global south. Zambon is the founder and vice president of the IGDA IncUBION & Accessation Special interests, and the founder of Savegame.dev, an initiative that focuses on policy design and nursery strategies and enabling local gaming communities.

As a colleague of Marłdowska-Curie after his doctorate at the Autrecht Cooperation Technology Laboratory, Pedro leads research on cooperative practices and talent coordination in games development, including the creation of Teammeup, a platform designed to enhance the formation of the team and communicate between the games of games. After now joining the IGDA board, Pedro brings deep experience in emerging markets, general financing strategies, research -based decision -making, and international cooperation.

IGDA will say goodbye to Margaret Crohn, Natasha Scholet, Rami Ismail, and Jay Bloomberg, all of them have finished their conditions and contributed greatly to IGDA’s efforts to expanding global support initiatives, counseling expertise, and attendance.
