The Keepers acquires 50% stake in Cervia Global Trading

The alcohol and distributor -based alcohol and distributor has purchased a 50 % share of Keepers Holdings at Cervia Global Producter for the local product.

Cervia Global is famous for its Philippine brand. It specializes in issues made of local components for both local and international markets.

In the deposit, Keepers added that a 50 % stake provides “a strategic entry point in the distinguished local soul market, with the company also putting growth in international markets.”

The shares were obtained from Caesar R Certeza, Mark Daniel L Rivera, Vernon A Candang and Margherita Y Rauuto.

The Keeper’s Portfolio wallet includes wine distribution companies and the MERITUS Prime and Premier Wine & Spirits. He also controls Montoco, who distributes Alfonso Brande.

The brands include other alcohols distributed by the company in the Philippines Johnny Walker, Chivas Regal, Glenfiddich alongside Santory, Jinro and Jose Cuervo.

Last November, the company announced its intention to obtain Booze on Line, a local beer importer, to “add to its branding brands.”

In the first quarter of its fiscal year 2025, The Keepers reported a 14.3 % increase in net income to 689.9 million peso, with total revenue increased by 20.9 % over the year before the Buso 45 billion.

The company has increased to an increase of 18 % in the total cases sold, as the Brandi category represents 80 % of the sales value and 82 % of the sales volume.

For the year ending December 31, 2024, The Keepers reported a net income of 3.53 billion pesos, an increase of 21.3 % in the previous year, which the group attributed to the “strong sales volume performance” in imported Brande.

Its net sales in the period reached 18.52 billion peso, which reflects an increase of 13.6 %. The total profit also grew by 17.6 % to 5.2 billion pizo.
