Texas Gov. Abbott deploys National Guard to protect federal property

The governor of the state of Texas Greg Abbott announced on Monday that X that the Lone Star State units are published “now” after receiving an application to help protect federal property.

In the brief post, Abbott, “The National Guard of the Elite Texas. It is ready ever. Publication now.”

The short message, but the leadership, emphasizes the ruler’s confidence in the state’s ability and willingness to act in defense of the nation.

Texas officials say the publication is coordinated with the White House plans to enhance security in many cities that have witnessed mutations in protests targeting federal facilities, including Chicago and Portland.

president Donald Trump has called for additional support from cooperative countries, saying that the forces “will protect federal workers and property from escalating threats.”

Democrats, however, retreat. Illinois Governor JB Pritzker called the move “invasion”, and Orgon state officials are seeking to prevent publishing operations through court orders.

“I have started with federal agents,” said Pritzker.

The governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, defended Trump’s decision, as he wrote on X that he “fully authorized the president to contact 400 members of the National Guard in Texas to ensure the safety of federal officials.”

He added that state leaders and state leaders must “either impose full protection for federal employees or get out of the road and allow the Texas goalkeeper to do so,” while “training, skill and experience” is praised for the guard.
