The US Small Business Administration (SBA) announced on Saturday that it will transfer its regional office from Los Angeles due to the city’s lack of cooperation with the enforcement of immigration and customs (ICE).
In response to one of the X Post Friday by Mayor Karen Bass, the director of SBA Kelly Levler said the agency “will immediately” exit from the Los Angeles area.
“Los Angeles publicly refuses to cooperate with ice – standing with illegal foreigners on American citizens and small companies. Therefore, immediately, SBAGOV will start transporting its regional office outside Los Angeles,” Levler wrote at one of the Post X.
“If the city does not protect its people, we will not stay.”

Bass said: “As a municipal mayor of the city of immigrants, proudly contributes to our city in several ways, I feel very angry with what happened.” “These tactics cultivate terrorism in our societies and disrupt the basic principles of safety in our city. My office is closely coordinating with the immigrant rights community organizations. We will not defend this.”
