Tami Bruce, a spokeswoman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told me in an interview that the president is in a strategic position to stop the fighting in Ukraine.

“The important point is that killing should end,” she said at Media Buzz. “And if anyone can confront and deal Putin, it is Donald Trump.”

Zelenskyy urges direct talks with Putin, where Trump sets the deadline for peace

But what if Putin runs Trump? How can there be any kind of leveling when Volodymyr Zelenskyy refuses to participate, saying that the Kremlin dictator is trying to deceive America?

Trump addressed this yesterday, at his press conference on the Federal Reserve Council, which is taking over the Capital Police Administration – and we only said that he only led to a reduction in expectations.

One thing that is impossible to ignore is that when Trump threatens sanctions against Moscow, he finds a way to avoid follow -up. Remember the deadline for 50 days? Then the deadline for 10 days?

Putin has been isolated as a diplomat since his illegal invasion of Ukraine, which was deliberate killing of civilians.
By calling to Alaska – which America bought from Russia in 1867 and is no longer considered “Siwar’s foolishness” – Trump gives Putin’s respect as a legitimate global leader, not a position.

Putin’s plan all the time was to make gains in the battlefield, then stick to all or most of those lands in any settlement. For this reason, Ukraine continued to bomb intensively, killing more civilians, even amid gossip around peace.

Zelinski says he cannot waive any land because that would violate the country’s constitution. It will also create a political storm at home. But a recent poll says 38 percent of Ukrainians are ready to abandon some lands to end the war.

Trump explodes Zelinski because of the constitutional objection to “land exchange” in the Ukraine war

Trump talked about “some land exchange”, but Ukraine does not have much to exchange it. The country acquired more than 500 square miles in a sudden attack in the Russian region of Kursk, but that diminished only four square miles and came at the expense of large victims.

So this could be a repetition of what happened when Russia seized the Crimea in 2014. The world was angry, then everything returned to normal.

As for Putin, Trump told the correspondents yesterday, “I will receive a great call with him and then the missiles will be pressed in Kiev.”
“I will ask him to end this war.”

“I agree with Zelenskyy, but I don’t agree with what he did.”

The president said he would try to restore some lands “for the interest of Ukraine.”

“Maybe in the first minute, I will know if a deal can be made.”

If not, “I may leave and say good luck.”

You may now wonder why Trump gave Putin an audience on the American soil without any previous understanding. The president believes in negotiating face to face, but he does not always work. For all love messages between him and Kim Jong Un, North Korea has never joke in its nuclear program.

“In the end, I will put the two in a room,” Trump said of Putin and Zellinski. Well, perhaps.

Even if Zelinski goes to Alaska, or a later meeting with Putin, he will not agree to Russia’s reward for its military aggressors and giving the land “to the occupier”, as he said .. Trump Zelinsky may blame as autumn man, but this does not make you closer to peace.

Moreover, Zelinski wants to understand security guarantees. Otherwise, Putin can use the ceasefire to allow his forces to rest and recover, then attack again in six months or year-after the postmodern strategy.
Many to settle the war within 24 hours.

It is a bloody, frustrating and complex war that has resulted in huge victims of both sides. But all this stems from an illegal invasion by a dictator who insists that Ukraine has no right to exist.
