‘They took our phones, passports, put us in handcuffs,’ says Reddit user on being deported from US for backpacking

German tourists were recently detained and deported after arriving in the United States from New Zealand despite the presence of correct documents. The accident when tourists tried to start the back of the back in the United States last month.

She also said that the authorities in passport control took her and their best friend aside to ask some additional questions, which they believed were not great but turned out to be one of their worst days.

“They were asking us why we did not reserve more nights or local trips, what our plans are, and how we could withstand travel costs, especially from work.”

The user also made it clear that she and her friend are sometimes better eating independent vehicles online such as translating or designing things for customers in Germany and Asia, but not the United States, which they told officials and were also in mail messages accessed by passport monitoring officials.

After a while, German tourists were told that they “could not be unable” and were accused of trying to work illegally. The user later mentioned that she and her best friend are treated like criminals.

The user wrote while they were narrated to the amazing experience: “We had tickets onwards and only wanted to travel. But they did not care. They took our phones and our passports and put on the handcuffs – that moment was surreal. Like, you are a tourist and you are now treated like a criminal.”

According to the job, the officials wanted to send tourists to Auckland on the next trip, but they asked to return their tickets book to the next day so that they could continue the flight line.

“They agreed, but they said that we will be held all night. We have agreed, and we have no idea what to expect, believing that we may wait in the same room they met with us.”

As it turned out, the two tourists were the biggest shock in their lives when they were transferred to the Honolulu detention center, which is located near the airport. “It was a real prison. Mineral doors, closed cells, and cold air. They made us complete search. It was really cold.”

The user also mentioned that she and her favorite friend were alone in the dungeon with a female officer, which is something that one does not expect as a tourist. She also said that the entire experience felt a horror movie, especially when they were placed in a cell overnight with two other women who were proud of the kartel’s prayers.

“The next day they stripped us again, and we started again to our clothes, and took us directly to our plane – two passports returned our passports and accompanied our seats where the door was about to close.
