In the competitive labor market today, practical skills often wear academic awards. Employers no longer only care about degrees or certificates – they want individuals who can solve problems, adapt quickly, and add value from the first day. This increased focus on the capacity in the real world on strong learning has made project -based work, internal training, and expression more important than ever.

Bisma Fareed, a first -year student at Hansraj College in Delhi and Topper Academy Thabet, recently shared an explicit post on LinkedIn who struck a nerve on social media. Despite winning 50 certificates, 10 medals, and more than 10 prizes, she could not obtain internal training – a reality examination that led to sharp awareness: “Skills are more important than marks.”

“I am higher or internal training.”

Bisma revealed that every recruiter I met with one question: “What are your skills?” They did not ask once about their degrees. “But my lord, May to be ready, said, both of my teachers, teachers and relatives said: Focus on your studies! Padhai Kaam Ayegi, Yi Nuha!”
