First on the fox: The Trump administration is sued the city of Los Angeles, claiming that policies interfere with federal immigration authorities from performing their functions.

Prosecutor Bam Bondi told Fox News in an exclusive statement: “The policies of the haven were the motive behind violence, chaos and attacks on the application of the law recently witnessed by Americans in Los Angeles,” Public Prosecutor Bam Bondi told Fox News in an exclusive statement.

Bondi added: “The judicial states like Los Angeles, which runs out of federal law by giving priority to illegal foreigners for American citizens, undermines law enforcement at every level – and it ends during President Trump’s era.”

The lawsuit says that the city is distinguished against the federal authorities by dealing with ice differently from other types of law.

The Ministry of Justice argues that the condition of excellence in the United States constitution prohibits this, so they ask the judge to prevent the application of policies.

The lawsuit filed on Monday stated: “The laws and policies of the city of Haram were designed to deliberately disable the ability of federal immigration employees to implement their responsibilities in these judicial states.” “The Los Angeles Law and other policies intentionally were distinguished against the federal government through the treatment of federal immigration authorities differently from other law enforcement agents through the restrictions of access to property and individual detainees, by banning contractors and contractors from contractors to provide information, and by clarifying the federal crime laws that have not been represented in the corridors of laws.”

This added: “The condition of excellence prohibits the city of Los Angeles and its officials from the discrimination of the federal government of negative treatment – as does the law and confrontation policies – and thus discrimination against the federal government. Accordingly, the law and policies that were stabbed here are not valid and should be obligated.”

Los Angeles faced protests and riots earlier this month, as ICE performed operations throughout the region, which led to the deployment of the National Guard that President Donald Trump faced. Mayor Karen Bass spoke against the city’s violence at the time, but he said that Trump’s deployment of the forces spent as an instigator.

Bass said earlier this month: “Last Thursday, ICE entered our city and provoked the city by chasing people through home warehouses, washing cars and appearing in schools, and today, it appears in the emergency rooms and the shelters of the homeless.”

“ICE interfered as an excuse to give the federal character to the National Guard, and then, in the White House, the National Guard was honored for the work they did to preserve peace in the city on Saturday night. But I will tell you, so that the guard did not reach here until Sunday. They used this as an excuse to send the US Marine Corps to an American city, which will target our citizens,” the Democrats continued.

Fox News has communicated to the city for comment, but they did not respond immediately.
