President Donald Trump and California Governor Gavin New Roosom are heading to another legal clash next week after the President activated the National Guard to respond to protests and anti -immigration riots in Los Angeles.
The expected confrontation will take place on Tuesday and come after Judge Charles Prayer, who was appointed Clinton, spent on Thursday night that Trump’s use of the National Guard was illegal and ordered the president to temporarily abandon the control of the soldiers.
Newsom, a democratic, celebrated the ruling, saying that Trump had published the National Guard in his mandate from “vanity”, “implanting fear” and “incitement to respond”. But the NEWSOM victory did not last long as the American Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circle put Breyer’s decision quickly within hours.
The residence of the Court of Appeal will remain in effect at least until Tuesday, when the attorneys of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in California and the Trump administration argument before a committee of three judges on whether the court should grant long -term residence.

Judges Mark Bennett and Eric Miller, both appointed Trump, Jennifer Song, one of the appointed Biden, will hear the arguments.
Currently, Trump and Defense Minister Beit Higseth can continue to deploy thousands of National Guard soldiers in California, as well as hundreds of naval infantry. Trump and Hegseth indicated in the papers of the court that the military forces will be accurately used to protect federal individuals and federal buildings, as they faced attacks by riots to combat immigration and customs (ICE) in recent days.
The lawyers of the Ministry of Justice (doj) argued that the decision of the judge to prevent the Trump administration from implementing these military activities “would eliminate the leader of the commander in military directives, especially if the decision was issued through a temporary restriction order, such as what Breyer issued on Thursday night.
“This will be unprecedented. It will be a constitutional curse. It will be dangerous,” said attorneys of the Ministry of Justice.

Prayer’s decision, retired liberal justice, Stephen Prayer, was met with suspicion by some. Lawyer Ed Willian, a former official at the Ministry of Justice Center, said in online comments that he was “more severe” than he was expected.
Willian said that a major legal battle could brew about the provision of Chapter 10 that Trump used to give the Federal Pactea to the National Guard. The presidents usually publish members of the National Guard with the approval of the ruler, but the law leaves room for discussion on whether the ruler’s permission is required. Willian speculates that Trump can try to use another item of address 10, the rebellion law, to overcome the court’s procedures.
“It seems that 10 USC 252 gives him a more free authority,” Willian said, citing the rebellion law.
The battle of the National Guard comes against the background of Trump, which hosts a major military parade in Washington, DC on Saturday. The event, which costs the cost of tens of millions of dollars, will be shown by the US military authority and the 250th birthday of the army. Trump’s birthday is also that day.

While Trump is in the country’s capital, the demonstrators will be “literally everywhere”, as Ezra Levin, one of the organizers, The RI Land believed in your intuition.
“It is the 250th anniversary of the continental army, which was formed to decline against a crazy king,” Levin said, noting that the protests will be peaceful and act as an employment tool in the “pro -democracy battle” against Trump.
