Trump administration asks Supreme Court to review El Salvador deportation flight case

On Friday, the Trump administration asked the Supreme Court to review the temporary restriction order for its use of wartime immigration law in the eighteenth century to immediately deport Venezuelan citizens, including members of the alleged people in the Trine de Aragua gang, from the American soil.

The appeal comes shortly after the capital. The Court of Appeal in the department ruled from 2-1 on Wednesday to support the minimum decision of the court to prohibit the administration temporarily to use the law of foreign enemies for a period of 14 days, to allow the judge the time of reviewing the advantages of the case.

The Trump administration pledged to appeal the Supreme Court ruling if the three judges committee in the capital prevented them from using the War Law 1798 to implement the deportation agenda.

In the deposit, the US Attorney General Sarah Harmis told the Supreme Court that the “defective” orders of the lower court threaten the negotiations of the sensitive government of foreign authorities “and are subjected to” serious harm and may not be repaired if it is not immediately reviewed. ”

At least, the Trump administration said, the Supreme Court must grant administrative residency to allow them to continue to use the law of foreign enemies to deport the Venezuelan citizens while the court considers government orders.

They also sharply criticized the decision of the Court of Appeal issued on Wednesday. When writing to the majority 2-1 in the decision of the Court of Appeal, the American Court’s Court’s judges, Karen Henderson, who is appointed by Bush, and Patricia Millette, who is appointed Obama, focused on the concerns of violations of legal procedures, as well as complaints of immediate and disgusting harm that the prosecutors were martyred.

Henderson said in a simultaneous opinion standing with the judge of the lower court.

“The stocks prefer the plaintiffs,” Henderson said. “The province’s court has mainly entered a good purpose: protecting its therapeutic authority for a sufficient period to consider the arguments of the limbs.

Melit said, for her part, that the separation from the Trump administration will fought the claimants of the plaintiffs by removing them immediately outside the scope of their lawyer or the court.

The Trump Railways Administration continued against the court’s ruling, which was described by the White House press secretary Caroline Levit in Fox News on Wednesday as a “unauthorized violation” of the president’s authority.

Levitte added that the administration “will work quickly to search for a review of the Supreme Court to compete for the president’s authority, defend the constitution, and make America safe again.”
