Trump says China’s Xi agreed to resume rare earth mineral exports to US

president Donald Trump told reporters of the Air Force on one day on Friday that Chinese President Xi Jinping agreed to start sending rare land minerals to the United States after stopping shipments in April.
Trump held a gag on a presidential plane on Friday evening, and one of the correspondents asked him before landing directly if Shi agreed to restart rare and magnetic lands to the United States
“Yes, he did,” Trump answered. “We are very advanced in the China deal.”
The news comes about a month and a half after China has effectively stopped exports of seven precious metals, vitality for assembling cars, robots and defense systems, to the United States in a direct blow to the supply chain in America in manufacturing and defense.

The delivery operations abroad stopped from the magnet on April 4, when the new licensing rules entered into force, according to the New York Times. Companies are only allowed to export rare ground materials if they obtain special export licenses, which take 45 days to receive.
This stopping also threatened to undermine the Trump identification strategy because China produces about 60 % of the world’s critical supplies in the world and more operations, up to 90 %.

Chinese minerals came to the US Department of Defense after Beijing had already imposed sanctions on multiple American military contractors in late last year, according to Reuters. Chinese entities were banned from engaging or cooperating with them in response to the sale of weapons to Taiwan, the perpetrator said.
Trump and Shi made a lengthy call on Thursday amid economic and national security in relation to trade between the United States and China.

“I have just finished a very good phone call with President Xi, from China, and we are discussing some of the complications of the commercial deal recently and agreed to it,” Trump said on Thursday in a social position in fact. “The call lasted for about an hour and a half and led to a very positive conclusion for both countries.”
Trump said the conversation mostly focused on trade.

The invitation came nearly a week after Trump condemned China for violating a preliminary trade agreement that the United States and China had come out in May and a day that Trump said Xi was “very difficult to hold a deal” as a social position of the truth.
