Trump sends letter to Iran telling it to ‘make a deal’ or face the US military

President Donald Trump revealed on Friday that he had sent a letter to Iran a warning that either a “deal” with Washington, DC, could be either in its nuclear program or confronting the United States “militarily”.

“I said, I hope you are negotiating, because it will be much better for Iran,” Trump told Maria Barremero in “Al -Sabah with Maria”, referring to a letter he sent to the Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khawni.

“There are two ways to deal with Iran: militarily, or face a deal,” he said. “I prefer to conclude a deal, because I am not looking to harm Iran.”

Trump has not inspected in detail about the form of a nuclear agreement with Iran or how it will differ from the 2015 joint action plan (JCPOA), which was agreed upon by the Five Permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, including China, France, Russia, the United States and the United States under Obama’s management. Besides Germany and the European Union.

But Trump removed the United States from JCPOA in 2018, where the agreement has been effectively collapsed, and since Tehran has continuously violated the conditions under the previous agreement. He again implemented a maximum pressure campaign against Tehran and only last month signed an executive order to “restore the maximum pressure on Iran.”

“We have to do something, because you cannot allow them to get a nuclear weapon,” Trump told Baritromo.
