The White House is back against the Democratic Mayor of Newark, Ras Barka, who struck a temporary lawyer for the United States in New Jersey Alina Hapba with a lawsuit this week after his arrest and briefly charged him with a criminal assault last month outside an ice facility.
Baraca, one of the prominent Democratic candidates for the New Jersey Governor, filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against Haba, accusing him of “false arrest and malicious trial” regarding the arrest of May 9 and concerned him outside the Federal Immigration Center.
He was one of many public employees, including actors Robert Mindez, Lamonica McGever, Bonnie Watson Coleman, from the Congress delegation in New Jersey, all of whom had destroyed out of the facility in protest. The US Public Prosecutor’s Office said 13 days after brought charges against Barka that he rejects the case against him, “in order to move forward.”
The lawsuit, which was filed at the US District Court in New Jersey, accuses Haba of politically acting in the arrest of Parka on May 9 outside the detention center Dylani Hall, near the Newark Liberty International Airport. Parka was arrested during a protest outside the facility after accusing him of assaulting the property of others and ignoring warnings of law enforcement officials to leave. He was detained in the reservation for several hours before his release.

He discusses the civil lawsuit filed by Parka’s lawyers for damage to what they described as “his false detention and his malicious annexes”, as well as the definition notes made by Haba about his case, including on social media.
In the lawsuit, Parka Hapa’s lawyers accused the action as “a political action, outside any job closely related to the judicial process, and in its individual personal ability.”
The White House spokeswoman, Abyel Jackson, responded to the Barka move by describing it as a “indisputable lawsuit” and a “desperate attempt” to remain related.

Jackson said: “It is very similar to the last trick of Mr. Bakara-storming a federal detention facility in defense of illegal foreigners-this indisputable lawsuit is just a desperate attempt to try to stay closely between the far-left democracy base,” Jackson said.
Hapa, at the same time, rejected Baraka’s suit and mocked her as a “shock.”
“My advice to the mayor – does not hesitate to join me in giving priority for violent crime and public safety. Use a much better time for great citizens in New Jersey,” Haba said at one of X employees on Monday night.
