Dell’s employee satisfaction score falls as workers cite policy changes: report

Dell Technologies has decreased for the second year in a row, which represents a decrease of approximately 50 % in two years.
On Tuesday, in an internal video update, Jane Savidra, the chief human resource official at the Technology Company, announced a decrease in the degree of promoter for a Dell employee to 32, according to a copy obtained by Business Insider.
Last year, the net of the employee’s promoter points decreased from 63 to 48.

“I was more negative in Del’s news than I was ever,” one of Del employees told the news outlet.

In March, Dell began to ask all employees living near a company’s offices to return to work personally five days a week. Business Insider reported that the company’s workforce has decreased by 25,000 employees in the past two years, citing the submission of the SEC file in March.

In February 2023, Dell announced that it cuts 6,650 jobs, or about 5 % of its global workforce. To improve employee satisfaction, Savedra said that the technology company will work more transparent and encourage more frequent conversations between the teams and their leaders.
In May, NVIDIA and Dell announced a supercarial computer in the work supported by artificial intelligence next year to help pay research in the energy department.
Dell did not immediately respond to the Fox Business request for comment.
