Here’s more about Rachel and her background:
Rachel Reimer believes that the body can develop physical symptoms (acutely or chronically) when there is unresolved emotional stress. Instead of rationalizing that emotional stressors “aren’t so bad,” Rachel found that talking during stress can sometimes help the body feel better. During the session, Rachel’s goal is to fully understand your somatic anxiety, help identify the specific emotional stress you think could be related to your somatic anxiety (if any), and will then help you work through the unresolved emotional stress; Hopefully the physical body will start working and feel better.
