Washington grandmother died after eating mislabeled cookie, family says

The Washington family is sued Safeway to the death of Margaret Jean -Bryant, 78, who say she died after consuming a nail peanut butter.

“Margaret Jean -Bryant has permanently deprived her of her ability to see her children and grandchildren grow with her loving husband for nearly 60 years,” according to the court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

An autopsy decided that the cause of the death caused by Bryant is the excessive sensitivity caused by food and the toxicity of peanuts, and the documents were written.
