Wasim Akram and Ducky Bhai face legal trouble over gambling endorsements
A complaint was submitted against the former Pakistani team leader Wassim Akram, claiming that his support and associated with him with the “Gambling and betting” platform online related to sports, according to local reports.
The Press Trust of India said that a man named Mohamed Fews submitted a request to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCIA) in Lahore, asking for a legal action against a cricket suspended to promote the application of gambling and betting. He claimed that the former fast archer was linked to the application of a foreign betrayal called Baji as the brand ambassador.
The complainant said: “A label is distributed on social media and the display of a video Akram video that supports the articles of association online, which has caused attention to public users in the application.”
FIAZ asked NCCIA to take strict legal measures against AKRAM under the 2016 E -Crime law.
An NCCIA PTI official told Tuesday (August 19) that they had received a complaint against Akram to work as a brand ambassador to implement foreign betting and added, “We will take action against him if he finds that these allegations are correct.”

So far, Akram has not issued any statement. Meanwhile, regarding the promotion of the same app on the Internet, the famous Tiktoker and YouTube Saad-URHman, known as Ducky Bhai, were arrested on Saturday.
A local court has approved the two-day pre-trial detention to the alleged promotion of gambling and gambling online platforms, including Binomo and 1xbet, through the Saad-UR-Rehman channel on YouTube, which includes more than eight million subscribers.
