Beyoncé Joins Billionaire Club After Highest-Grossing Country Tour

This significant milestone comes just months after the “RENAISSANCE” artist concluded the highly successful “Cowboy Carter Tour,” which became the highest-grossing tour of 2025.

According to a new report from Forbes, Beyoncé’s eighth studio album, which spawned the hits “Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages,” has proven lucrative for the legendary musician, helping propel the singer onto the 10-figure fortune line. With her new title, Beyoncé becomes the fifth musician to reach this net worth and the third black musician, alongside Rihanna and her husband Jay-Z.

Beyoncé’s 2023 “Renaissance” world tour has grossed nearly $600 million, stopping in cities across the United States and Europe. But Forbes credits the singer’s Netflix special “Beyoncé Bowl,” and her album “Cowboy Carter,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, for providing the icon with new opportunities and the chance to join a stellar list of her peers, which also includes Taylor Swift and Bruce Springsteen.

According to a previous report from The Blast, Beyoncé made headlines in the summer of 2025 after official figures confirmed that the mother-of-three’s show grossed $407.6 million at the box office after selling 1.6 million tickets. Thus, the “Cowboy Carter” tour ranked as the highest-grossing country tour of all time.

The show, which featured lights, fireworks, flying horseshoes and a surprise Destiny’s Child reunion, also received other accolades while on the road. At SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, the singer became the highest-grossing artist in the venue’s history after grossing more than $101 million in five shows.

On the other side of the United States, in Chicago, Beyoncé set the record for the highest-grossing tour for a single tour with $42.5 million.

Beyoncé’s latest accomplishment comes nearly a year after the singer surprised the industry when she won three Grammy Awards for country album during the 2025 ceremony. In addition to winning Best Country Duo/Group Performance for her work on “II MOST WANTED” with Miley Cyrus, Queen B also took home awards for Best Country Album and Album of the Year.

Speaking with Entertainment Tonight’s Kevin Frazier, Beyoncé described the moment as “so surreal,” adding that she has put her blood, sweat and soul into her work for the past 25 years. “I’m very honored,” she said. “The love I got from the rural community tonight made me feel famous, and I am so grateful.”

Later in the year, Beyoncé’s visual special, “Beyoncé Bowl,” won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Costume for a Variety, Reality, or Reality Program.

“This show was a reclamation of space as well as a visual love letter to black cowboys, country music icons, Texas legends and black culture,” said Shiona Turrini, one of the production’s costume designers.

With the latest win, Beyoncé is halfway to achieving EGOT status.

Beyoncé’s trip to the country wasn’t as smooth as it might seem. According to a previous report from The Blast, Beyoncé faced opposition from the industry, which was evident during the 2024 CMA Awards. Despite becoming the first Black woman to have a No. 1 single in the country, Beyoncé did not receive any CMA nominations — a move that many at the BeyHive expressed frustration with.

However, country music star Luke Bryan responded while speaking with Andy Cohen, saying, “It’s a tough question because obviously Beyoncé made a country album and Beyoncé has a lot of fans that support her. And if you don’t get something they want, man, they come to you.”

He added, “I support everyone who comes in and makes country albums and all that. But once they announce it, just because she made one. I don’t need that.” [a nomination]”Just because I make one.”

Brian went on to urge the Texas-born artist to try to be a little more country. “Everyone loved that Beyoncé put out a country album. Nobody’s mad about that.
