Chris Evans Holds Baby in Avengers Doomsday Trailer After Becoming a Dad

Chris Evans Back for Avengers: Doomsdayand it seems that he and his character have achieved the same major accomplishment.

Marvel released the teaser for the highly anticipated superhero film online on Tuesday, December 23, following its release over the weekend in theaters. In the first look, Evans, who has played Steve Rogers/Captain America in the series for nearly a decade, can be seen riding a motorcycle through the countryside and heading to a cozy farmhouse. As Steve gets off his bike, he’s wearing his wedding ring.

While apparently at home, Steve goes through his personal items and finds his Captain America suit, which has been put away. The scene then cuts to Steve holding a newborn baby and looking at him in awe.

The screen then fades to black as it reads: “Steve Rogers will return in Avengers: Doomsday.” Avengers: Judgment Day will be released in theaters on December 18, 2026.
