Openai responded to Trump’s White House request to obtain information about developing the AI to ensure the continued technological progress of the United States over China.
The deadline for requesting information (RFI) on artificial intelligence will be closed on March 15. The White House Office of Science and Technology requests inputs from a wide range of stakeholders, including the technology industry, academic circles, and different levels of government, through the federal registry.
The objectives of the action plan in recent statements by JD Vance, which called for policies that enhance the advantages of Ai Amen AI while avoiding the organization that can prove that this is harmful to the creation of the private sector.

During the Summit of Artificial Intelligence in February in Paris, Vans said that world leaders and policymakers should prevent Amnesty International from “participating in a tool for authoritarian control.” He also warned of the “excessive organization” that can hinder the policies of artificial intelligence in support of growth.
Chris Lean, the chief global affairs official at Openai, told Fox Business on Tuesday that the Trump administration was “incredible” in terms of the desire to participate in detailed talks surrounding the artificial intelligence strategy.
Liehan said that submitting these artificial intelligence plan proposals aims to ensure that the United States prevails in building democratic intelligence “to create freedoms for individuals” and benefit from all people.
While Liehan believes that the United States wins talent and chips that deal with complex accounts, he indicated that the authoritarian structure of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) has enabled them to make tremendous energy progress (such as new nuclear facilities) and a huge amount of data from citizens.

However, America’s “Arsenal” of democracy and the economic system suggested that the country uniquely to expand the scope of ingenuity.
“At the end of the day, the reason that this country is a great power, and the reason we believe in America is that America believes in innovation. As you know, our capitalist free market system was how we won as a country.”
The proposals from Openai to the White House highlight modern advertisements, including the company’s economic plan, the company’s infrastructure, and to cooperate with government agencies and laboratories.
However, the message to the White House also includes new proposals.
One of these proposals is an invitation to expand the American AI (AISI) Institute of AISI to something that is likely to focus more on national security issues and competitiveness.
Within this framework, large and small technology can work voluntarily with AISI to allow its capabilities to the government, allowing the United States to compare its location against other countries.
Artificial intelligence will help reduce prices, but it can be used by authoritarian governments, says Sam Altman, CEO of Openai.

This relationship will also enable companies to test their model capabilities and avoid falling into the laws of the “European Union) in the style of” European Union) on their way through state governments. According to Hayhan, Openai believes that these proposed laws will put America in an improper position and evaluate the Trump administration’s goals.
While the Trump administration has indicated that it plans to take an approach that prefers to cancel Amnesty International, the appearance of Vans at the top coincides with recent attempts by the European Union to impose the harsh regulations aimed at promoting safety.
Openai also believes that the United States can take advantage of the current and current export structure of commercial diplomacy, and thus imprison “democratic bars” around the world.
“How do we use our export and leadership as an incentive and leverage, as you know, to win the world? 1944, the United States had a vision to create global financial bars on the US dollar. We are at a similar moment here.”
Openai’s chief official in Openai also highlighted a proposal that would apply the approach to American fair use to data and copyright in the context of artificial intelligence.

In the letter to the White House, Openai claimed that the federal government can secure the freedom of Americans to learn from artificial intelligence and avoid AI’s loss in the United States by maintaining the ability of the American AI models to learn from copyrights protected.
“This includes making sure that this can be accessed, like the child in the Kansas countryside, the child in Compton, in fact to the same access to information, knowledge and intelligence because the child who goes to Harvard or Oxford only.
In January, Trump revealed a new project worth $ 500 billion in artificial intelligence infrastructure called Stargate, a joint project for the data center between Softbank Investment Holding Company, Openai and Oracle technology companies that described Trump as “the largest project for Amnesty International Infrastructure in History.”

Trump has also signed an executive matter directing federal agencies to make data and computers more available to artificial intelligence experts while maintaining government and secret security.
The executive order for federal agencies calls for the establishment of instructions to ensure the development of artificial intelligence in a safe way and asks that these agencies help workers acquire related skills through fellowships, training programs, computer science education, and more.
