In May, President Trump signed an executive order to restore the “golden -gold science” as the cornerstone of federal scientific research.

“Standard Golden Science” is “repetitive, transparent and increasingly,” according to the arrangement.

It is also “subject to the revised pendant review; clear about errors and doubts; skeptical of assumptions; cooperative and cooperative; accepting negative results as positive results; free from conflict of interest.”

The executive order has restored the “scientific integrity policies” of the Trump administration and “ensures that science does not manipulate or abuse it to justify the political ends.”

“EO will transform the golden standard of and its management of federal sciences, from the design of research to public communication, in order to enhance the scientific investigation, rebuild public confidence, and ensure that the United States is still the global leading world -based world -based science.” “But federal agencies are only one part of the ecosystem of research in our nation.”

“American universities, scientific magazines, industry and charitable leaders, all have a decisive role in improving the comprehensive quality of research, and we encourage this executive to work as a model for the entire scientific institution,” added Kratsosius.

Kratsios sent the memorandum to federal agencies on Monday morning to provide instructions to the federal departments and agencies on the implementation of the golden standard sciences “in the behavior and management of all aspects of its scientific activities, from the design of research to public communication.”

“By adopting these standards, agencies will enhance scientific investigation, rebuild public confidence, and ensure the United States as a global leader in evidence -based strict science,” the memo.

Kratsios said that “standard gold science” represents “adherence to the highest standards of scientific integrity, which is determined by nine basic principles: proliferation; transparent; error and many conflicts of interests continue.”

“These principles ensure that the research and research supported by the Federal Union used to make federal decisions are transparent, strict and effective, allowing it to be informed through the most reliable, reliable and good scientific guide,” Karatusseus wrote in the guidance.

“Gold Standard Science” is not limited to science, saying it is important to facing the complex challenges in creating energy and national security as well.

He wrote: “In the era of rapid technological progress and increasing general auditing, the flag funded by the federal government and the federal science should be, and its use in making federal decisions, outside the blame.”

As for the conduct of science “without conflict of interests,” Karassseos said it is necessary to ensure that “research was designed, implemented, reviewed and reported from financial, personal or institutional effects that can affect the results of bias or undermining objectivity.”

“This approach is important to generate new and credible knowledge, because it supports scientific integrity, enhances the audience’s confidence, and ensures that the results reflect the evidence instead of the external business schedules,” says the memo. “Maintaining freedom from conflicts of interest requires researchers, auditors and managers to reveal all related affiliations, financing sources, relations related to the science that has been conducted, and adhere to the strict moral standards supported by strong institutional supervision, transparent reports systems, and independent expert review mechanisms.”

The White House says that the innovation of artificial intelligence in China is “accelerating”, but the United States is still dominant.

Carassseus said that the agencies should “give priority to conduct and manage scientific research free from conflict of interests to pay unpopular science”, and it must “require” the disclosure of all relevant conflicts of relevant interests by researchers, auditors and officials of the agency participating in financing or performing federal research.

“These efforts include a request for a comprehensive and unified disclosure of all financial, personal or institutional interests in research proposals, publications, peer reviews and merit, and data warehouses, with clear and unified protocols to determine, mitigate and manage potential biases,” notes. “Agencies must impose the use of independent supervision methods and impose strict policies on inconsistencies.”

The agencies have 60 days to develop “Gold Standard Science” implementation plans, including training and resources plans to ensure that the new policy agency’s employees understand, and the use of tools based on artificial intelligence when they are practical.

After Trump signed the executive order for the month of May to restore standard golden sciences, one of the senior White House officials said that there was a decrease in “sabotage research” and investments in biomedical medical research, as well as “serious cases” of fraud, misconduct and the inability to reproduce scientific methods for the purpose of restoring general confidence.

The official also blamed the political responses to Covid-19 The pandemic and “DEI initiatives” to threaten the confidence of the public in government scholars.

Anthony Fushi It was repeatedly convicted of forgery and confusion during his period in the federal response engineering of Covid-19, which led many, especially on the right, to ignore and reject the legitimacy of the federal health authorities directly.

This is cited by the fact that the Biden Administration included political amendments from teachers unions in the guidelines of reviewing schools, rather than driving with any scientific evidence.

Meanwhile, in an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital in April, Karatussus Trump said that the United States is in the “Golden Age” and that this special moment in time “is supported by incredible science and technology.
