White House plans ‘extraordinary’ Holy Week with ‘observance it deserves’

Exclusive: The White House is preparing for the “extraordinary” celebration for the holy week before Easter, as President Donald Trump participates in a number of events to celebrate the holiday and honor it “with the celebration it deserves.”
The Al -Iman Office in the new White House organized the schedule of the holy week.
“The newly created White House faith office is grateful for the participation of President Trump will respect and celebrate the holy week and Easter with the celebration he deserves,” Jennifer Corn, Director of Faith for the White House.
“Over the week, we will distribute the Bible advertisement, and a special presidential video message (and) We host a pre -justified dinner and Easter service at the White House.”

In Palm Sunday, the president is expected to issue a presidential declaration of Easter, which will speak directly to Christians with the start of the holy week and maintain his commitment to defending Christian faith in schools, in the army, in the workplace, hospitals, in the government and abroad.

On Monday, the president is expected to release a weekly video and will host the Easter dinner on Wednesday evening.
Dinner will include hymns from the Marine Corporation, Christian Opera for singer Charles Bilinsley, prayer and notes from President Trump.

It is expected that Christian priests, priests and faith leaders will attend dinner with the president, Corn, White House press secretary Caroline Levit and Reverend Paula White, the first adviser to the White House of faith office.

“President Trump promised millions of Christians across the country that he would create a faith office in the White House, and he has made this promise,” Levitt said. “The White House faith office collected an extraordinary celebration for a week for the sacred week before Easter on Sunday.”
Levitte stressed that this is “another sharp contrast from the previous administration.”

Levitt indicated that, last year, the White House of Biden was representing Easter on Sunday, which fell on March 31, 2024, the most official Christian holiday, the day of transgender people.
