Why DOGE needs a chainsaw
Representative Brian Steel, R. West, discusses.
The distinctive image of Elon Musk, which is practiced by the saw, may be worrying-even for the dyed Republicans in the wool-but it actually embodies the arduous challenges facing the newly created government efficiency management in the Trump administration (Dog).
Dog’s steps seem to be expelled by federal workers in large numbers, the unavoidable result of the collective union agreements of the Federal Workers and the Protection of Civil Service, which made almost impossible to launch any individual federal employee based on job performance.
These agreements and protection have made a federal position a lifelong position of performance assessments and other measures to account the employees in the private sector. Unless the Congress is stepping to reform the Federal Public Public Personnel Agreements and the Civil Service System, President Donald Trump’s only option to reduce the size of the government is to move forward in large -scale discounts in force.

Both men understand that the deep cuts in federal salaries are the only possible way to increase control of the government so that he can serve the president’s agenda that he was running in 2024. The confidence in that new agencies can repair the workforce in one of the alphabet soup agencies is to think of wishing.
The complete truth about the great things that Dog can cannot do
When I was a manager of the Securities and Stock Exchange Committee (SEC) in 2010-2015and I saw how employees were completely immune from performance or shooting. At that time, SEC staff can be evaluated on a 1 to 5 performance scale.
The Convention of the Collective Union Convention on the Collective Union available to the public for the year 2023 in favor of the Supreme Education Council is that employees will be evaluated on the performance as “acceptable” or “unacceptable”, which passes/mainly-and in many schools these days, everyone passes. During the period of the US Today – not fully conservative – I stated that federal workers are likely to die in the job instead of shooting.
Representative Aaron Bin, R-FLA, is discussing whether Elon Musk is planning to give Congress a full report on the waste and fraud he discovered on “Varney & Co.”
Moreover, when I was with SEC, in one of the rare cases when managers succeeded in launching an employee, the unknown special advisor office ordered.
President Trump highlighted the importance of this mysterious office by launching the appointed Biden he heads. The president’s work is a necessary step to re -control the federal bureaucracy. The Capital Court filed a judicial order against the shooting on Thursday and the head of the office resigned. Leaving an official during the Biden era in that position would have frustrated the administration’s attempt to reduce the amplified bureaucracy.
Let Dog flood his teeth in our enlarged technological structure
Senator Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn discusses. Make a permanent and more permanent and more “final result”.
The Trump administration’s decision to dismiss all federal employees in their test period is also a direct result of the protection of the iron -worn jobs created by collective negotiation agreements and the protection of civil service, such as the Special Adviser Office. Federal employees in their first year generally do not enjoy protection from the union and the civil service granted after one year in the job.
Who pays the price of federal working conditions accountable? American tax motivated.
When I joined the SEC employees in 2010 and tried to fix the exam program that missed Bernouf Madouf’s fraud and the massive Ponzi scheme despite many exams, I received an ordinary envelope in Manila in my inbox with a copy of the wrong accusations against my predecessor who was shared with Congress and the press as a warning of what could happen to me if I pushed a change in the exam program.

What I learned soon is that although many federal workers join the government motivated by patriotism and the desire to serve, abnormal working conditions are steadily grinding such employees and begin to communicate with the system that often inhibits the archaeological workers in the additional effort.
In fact, lifeline for employees in the federal government contradicts the constitution of the United States and is not available to workers in the private sector. In fact, the only lifelong position created by the constitution is federal judges.
In addition, the constitution prohibits the creation of the nicknames of the nobles that created a lifetime aristocracy in the United Kingdom. No one in the private sector that works and pays taxes has a lifetime location. Federal workers should be in the same position as taxpayers who serve.

President Barack Obama was also fond of saying, “The elections have consequences.” The November 2024 elections showed that the Americans are tired of unacceptable federal employees who fail to address their basic concerns, including inflation and huge spending on wasted programs at home and abroad.
With a federal budget of approximately 25 % of the country’s gross domestic product, Congress needs to fix the rules that govern federal employees to help government spending and waste. All Americans will be more comfortable with the federal workforce played by the same employment rules as the rest of the working Americans.
