Hello friends! Happy Friday and Happy Halloween! What are your plans tonight? Do you take kids trick-or-treating or go to any party? We’re eating tacos here at home with my brother and some friends, trick-or-treating around the neighborhood, and I’m counting down until I can decorate for Christmas.

P’s 10th birthday! This little lady turned 10 this weekend and I can’t even believe it. 10 powerful hits! It seems like just yesterday we were taking a hamburger pinata to the Kligers in the middle of the night. (Her birth story, part one here and part two here!)

She’s athletic, gorgeous, kind, curious, and silly. She asks great (and sometimes difficult!) questions and truly wants to help everyone, and is always up for a game of horseback, a family adventure, or a hike. It fills my heart and tears me apart every day. Happy birthday, Bee Rose.

We celebrated in the morning with a party for her friends at Jumping Chola Trampoline Park, and then in the evening, we celebrated with cake and Hawaiian Bros here with family. The pilot was on a flight, so we Facetimed him saying, “Merry Christmas.”

It was the perfect celebration.

Moonbird! They sent me this to try and it expands and contracts when you take a deep breath. You can use it alone, or follow a workout from the app. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this and the difference it made to my stress levels. P has loved using it too, and will ask to use it at least once a day.
