AMD’s Radeon RX 9060 XT Could Do Budget GPUs Better Than Nvidia

In a low -party graphics card battle, 60 category, AMD wants to know if it can pull the same lollipop from the price and performance that NVIDIA provided during the launch of medium -range graphics processing units. The graphics card maker offered the first separate details on Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics processors late Tuesday in Computex. The card may provide enough energy for your computer to strike 1440 pixels, similar to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 TI, on cheaper gaming platforms. The real reflection point of this last card will be if you can already buy it at its primary price.

The Radeon RX 9060 XT is to step down in the GPU performance from the RX 9070 that launched AMD in March. It depends on the same accurate architecture RDNA 4 for medium -range cards, but with 32 of the company’s latest units compared to 56 on the high -end card. The graphics processing unit comes with two options: one with 8 GB and the other with 16 GB of GDDR6 VRAM. The version that contains more memory will be better for your long -term advantage, especially if you plan to connect your computer to a 1440 -pixel screen and play the latest most intensity games.

AMD has not provided us with a full set of specifications, making it difficult to determine where this graphics processing unit will descend in terms of raw performance compared to the latest NVIDIA cards. While the number of RDNA 4 units – basic groups on AMD cards that treat thousands of calculations for the intensive tasks – do not provide a mysterious impression of performance compared to the RX 9070, and AMD has not provided any FPS comparison plans between games. The 3.13 GHz graphics processing unit operates and contains between 150 watts and 182W of plate energy compared to a 2.54 GHz and 304W plate strength on the company Radeon RX 9070 XT for the company.

Without a price, it is impossible to judge the amount of relying that is compared to the latest card with the RX 9070. AMD did not provide any word on a variable that was also changed. The card will require the PCIE 5.0 X16 interface, like its other cards. AMD does not make its graphics processing units and instead it depends on AIC makers (the additional job card) to produce its cards. We will update this article if AMD announces the price details or provides it during the computex keyword.

The current AMD crown jewel for graphics cards is the RX 9070 XT. AMD topped the headlines when the proposed sale price of GPU sets at $ 600, more than $ 50 from 9070, but it packaged enough to get playable frames from multiple intense games at 4K with a good amount of beam tracking settings. Unfortunately, given a set of customs tariffs and stock problems, it ended at a price of 9070 XT with more than $ 800 and $ 1,000 in some online retailers.

We have seen that prices fluctuate regularly over the past few months, but the 20 % price is enlarged to what a medium -range card should be a lot of stomach. However, low graphics processing units are better. RTX 5060 TI MSRP has been set at $ 450, and the lowest price we have seen is $ 480. RTX 5060 sits $ 300 to $ 320 from some AIC makers such as Gigabyte. A good number of minimal GPU is currently inserted in NVIDIA as “out of stocks” or “will come soon” at sites like Newegg and Best Buy. Those who buy low graphics processing unit less sensitive than prices than people who can drop $ 2000 on RTX 5090 without a day. AMD has more motivation to determine the price of people tolerate, and make sure it can keep the cost level when the card finally reaches store shelves.
