Republicans get new policy roadmap for second ‘big, beautiful’ Trump bill

Lowering the reconciliation bill in the first budget for Republicans has reduced some FMAP expansions permitted under reasonable prices (ACA), including emergency care for states that provide Medicaid coverage for illegal immigrants.
